- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-07-18, by Andrew McCabeBought lights for a new house. Opened them when we were ready to use them to find one of the glass parts was cracked and unuseable. Company wanted £20 (may as well buy a new light) for a replacement as it had been over 48 hours to make a complaint. Customer service terrible, quality of lights terrible, overall experience awful.
