  Avoid! Go elsewhere! They are very keen, if not desperate, to make a sale but their customer after sales service is non-existent. Also, I am really disappointed on how my Atlanta Saxony carpet is wearing bearing in mind it is only being used by me, as I live on my own, plus I am someone who takes care of things. Their fitters lack courtesy and their workmanship is substandard, which is even more apparent when fitting vinyl! Some of the remedial work done has not rectified the numerous problems incurred. The previous store I went to was just as bad but, stupidly, I thought I'd give the one at Chippenham a chance. However, having spoken to other people it would appear all the stores are similar i.e., have a rubbish reputation! No wonder the Company has recently provided a second warning that profits will be down!
