  Poor service, don't expect them to call you back when they promise to do so. Not cheap, fitting left ripples in floor. Lack of communication between managers. Stay clear.(Chippenham office only) found Bristol completely professional.

  We have used the carpet barn before and they have been helpful which is why we went back. However today was a totally different experience. The member of staff that served us wasn't really listening or advising us, and wasn't conversing in a pleasant and helpful way. It was like we were an irritation and they didn't really want our business. Maybe he was just having an off day but we left with a bitter taste in our mouth and contemplating whether we go back another day with a view ti get served by someone else or go elsewhere. Very disappointed.
