  Bathwick Tyres - what a difference between your branches customer service levels. Arrived at Chippenham at 2.45. One car in the bays and lots of lads standing around. Went into reception, one person leaning on the wall doing nothing. After 30 seconds he managed to summon the necessary energy to ask me what he could do to help me. I requested one tyre. He told me they couldn't do it today, so I asked if they were out of tyres. He explained no, but they were really busy and close at 4.00 so it would have to be Monday. Couldn't think of any non Bathwick Tyres places I could try unfortunately, so drove to Bath. Drove in at 3.30, was waved at and guided into a bay and asked what I wanted. Sent to sit in reception, 10 mins later all done. Service couldn't have been better - thank you Ian of Bath. I will never visit Chippenham again, and if it hadn't been for Ian I would vow never to visit Bathwick Tyres again as I would prefer to pay more for decent service.
